At Breakin.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached, then place it back in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send the package back to our fulfillment center using a traceable courier service of your choice; please keep the tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit within 5-7 business days.
